“I’ve been gleaning and been really successful creating chutneys in various parts of the Pacific NW for almost 20 years now, and it was only until very recently that I decided to make it official”.

All summer long, all over Seattle’s urban orchards, large quantities of fruit ends up in compost dumpsters or worse. Leela uses that fruit (before it goes to waste/hits the ground) to make small-batch boutique chutneys and spreads.
