I’m Logan Niles, the Founder, Flour Whisperer, and Executive Chef. I trained at the Culinary Institute of America and have spent more than 30 years working with food in Seattle, Toronto, and New York City.
At Pot Pie Factory we’re fusing an American comfort food with our country’s rich, multi-cultural reality to bring healthy, eclectic comfort food to the masses.
Aside from the high-quality ingredients, we offer dietary specific pot pies that are hard, if not impossible, to find elsewhere; including vegan, Paleo, and gluten-free choices.
