Angela Basolis is a sought after project manager and marketing consultant. Her skills and experience are extremely diverse, making her a versatile and insightful team member. Angela also has an entrepreneurial spirit, co-founding the sustainable fashion brand House of Correia and diving headfirst into her newest passion venture – real estate development.
Working her way up from an entry level administrative temp position at Tribune Publishing, Angela was quickly promoted to a C-Suite executive assistant because of her positive, problem solving attitude. This led to a solid career supporting C-level executives across multiple media companies. This experience was pivotal in developing her skills for ground up project management that she would later use in her consulting endeavors.
Although she was thriving in the fast pace of a corporate setting, Angela felt drawn to a more entrepreneurial approach that allowed her to follow her life’s passion, sustainable handmade fashion goods. With her Bachelors degree in Fashion Merchandising Management from FIT, Angela has always known her path would lead her back to her roots. In 2014, she co-founded House of Correia, a sustainable fashion company which upcycles vintage jewels into one of a kind accessories. She still serves as marketing and web director and is thrilled with the impact the company has made in the world of vintage and upcycled goods.
Angela currently consults for multiple start ups across the fashion, real estate and media industries. She uses her experience in social growth strategies and website management to level up small businesses and empower other entrepreneurs to realize their business goals.
Most recently, Angela started working as an assistant editor of Bold Magazine and is an advocate for body inclusivity in the workplace. She recently got the bug for buying, restoring and selling real estate. She works with income producing properties and is a licensed NJ Real Estate Agent. Angela also enjoys acting and has been featured in award winning art house indie films. In her downtime, she loves adventuring with husband, Eddie, and their rescue dog, Cannoli.
